Whether you’re dressing for a corporate position in Customer Service or you’re out on the tarmac in Hi-Vis, shirts should be tucked in. Not only will you look smarter, but this ensures your shirt won’t become a safety hazard by getting caught on something.
2. Sun Safety is Paramount.
Working in the direct sunlight can be tough on your skin. With 1 in 2 Australian men and women diagnosed with Cancer before they’re 85 it is important you protect yourself from harsh UV rays. Wear an Oceania hat and apply sunscreen where necessary to help fight cancer.
3. Don’t ‘Make-It-Up’.
Whilst you’re working it is important to always look your best. However, this isn’t the grand ball, keep the makeup simple. Remember to use natural colours around the eyes, beige or light to medium browns around the lips and ensure the shimmer is kept to a minimum.
4. Tie it all Together.
There seems to be a million different ways to tie a tie. Although we can’t be exactly sure how to do them all, we can be sure that the classic Windsor knot is the most appropriate for our Customer Service uniform. Avoid extravagant tie knots and refer to the guidelines for any questions.
